PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM TERATE PURWOKERTO

The development of information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) is now increasingly rapid in various fields. It is proven that almost all organizations nowadays need IS / IT in every activity in it. The utilitization of IS / IT which is growing from year to year makes its supporting components more and more developed. Company that needs to implement IT to supporting their business processes is cooperation. The cooperation that needs to implement IT is Terate Purwokerto Savings and Loan Cooperation. The Terate Purwokerto Savings and Loan Cooperation is located at Kober Street, alleway Terate No. 24 Neighborhood 01 Hamlet 02, West Purwokerto. The aim of this research is to produce strategic planning of information systems that are in line with the company's business strategy that can provide competitive advantage in business competition. The method used in planning is the method from Ward and Peppard with the tools used are SWOT, Value Chain, Porter's Five Competitive Forces, CSF, PEST and McFarlan Strategic Grid. This research resulted in a proposal in the form of an information system portfolio, website and implementation plan.
