VIDEO ANIMASI 2DIMENSI SEBAGAI MEDIA SOSIALISASI CARA PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN KEBAKARAN BAGI MASYARAKAT UMUM (Studi Kasus : Unit Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Banyumas)

Fire is a flame both small and large in places, situations and unwanted times that are detrimental and generally difficult to control. And it can occur anytime and anywhere, various causes of fire including negligence and carelessness of humans. Based on data from the Fire Department, the number of fires has increased every year. The obstacle in conducting the socialization is that the media used are only powerpoints. The purpose of this research is to make a two-dimensional animation video as a Media for information dissemination on fire Prevention and Control Using two techniques namely motion graphic techniques and masking techniques. The system development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle which consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of this research are two-dimensional animated videos that can be used as information media.
