Abstract

STMIK Amikom Purwokerto is one of the colleges in Purwokerto located on the street of Letjen Pol Sumarto, Karangjambu, Purwanegara, North Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. STMIK Amikom Purwokerto has 2 (two) study programs, namely Informatics Engineering and Information Systems. In supporting academic activities, STMIK Amikom Purwokerto uses an academic information system, one of which is for students, namely the student service center system. The student service center service has several features, first the Student's personal biodata feature, the second feature is filling in the study plan card (KRS), the three features of viewing and printing study results cards (KHS), grade transcripts, lecture schedules, midterms schedule (UTS), and final exam schedule (UAS). Every student registered in the system will be given a default username and password by the service manager that can be used to login to the student service center system. Researchers in collecting data use literature study techniques, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The research method used is end user computing satisfaction (EUCS) by analyzing data using the important performance analyst (IPA) method. Tests conducted include validity and reliability tests, EUCS variable data processing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, IPA quadrant determination and GAP analysis. Through this test, it’s hoped that researchers can find out how much user satisfaction in the student service center is to become a reference for developing better services.
