SISTEM MONITORING PERBAIKAN PC BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA KOPERASI CAHAYA TIRTA PDAM CILACAP

One of the businesses owned by the Cilacap Light Tirta Cooperative is serving rental, repairing PCs and printers. Most PCs and printers rent from Koperasi Cahaya Tirta PDAM Cilacap. Therefore, the Cahaya Tirta Cooperative in Cilacap PDAM has an obligation to monitor PC repairs, printers used by PDAM Tirta Wijaya, Cilacap. To overcome the problem, researchers have succeeded in creating a system that can support the PC leasing process, data reporting, PC repair history search and PC monitoring that is being repaired. The system development method used in this research is waterfall which starts from the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The results of the blackbox test on a website-based reporting system show that the features run according to the expectations of the researcher. Acceptance testing is in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 3 respondents obtained a percentage of 92% and classified as very good criteria. So from that it can be concluded that the website-based PC repair monitoring system in the Cilacap PDAM Tirta Light Cooperative is feasible
