MANAJEMEN RISIKO SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE OCTAVE ALLEGRO PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PURBOWANGI

Currently the development of information technology is very rapid and many companies are already using information technology to support their business processes such as those carried out by the Purbowangi General Hospital by implementing Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), but in its use there are obstacles such as human errors due to the user's ability to understand the different systems, loss of data due to viruses, failure of electric current due to unstable electrical voltage, network failures and disasters that cause hospital services to be disrupted and suffer financial and reputation losses. The purpose of this study is to make a recommendation to the Purbowangi General Hospital for the risks and threats that occur using the Allegro OCTAVE method. This research is a qualitative study using the Allegro OCTAVE method. The results of this study are there are four categories of threats to the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), namely human actors using technical means, human actors using physical means, technical problems and other problems.
