APLIKASI PELAPORAN KERJA KARYAWAN MENGGUNAKAN GOOGLE MAPS BERBASIS ANDROID (Studi Kasus : PT Samudera Solusindo Cabang Banyumas)

Reports on work activities within a company are important because they are used as material for preparing future activity plans and knowing the development of the company. Many companies user reports of work activities using google maps because it can support existing operational activities in the company. This study applied Google Maps in a work reporting application with research objects at PT Samudera Solusindo. PT Samudera Solusindo Banyumas branch is a company engaged in providing Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) services such as Electricity (Prepaid / Postpaid) payments, Telkom Speedy, Pdam and Finance. The daily work reporting process of employees still uses a manual reporting system that is employees write a work activity report book and then submit it to the manager. PT Samudera Solusindo has 19 work area units with 16 employees, so each employee has the responsibility to manage 1 or 2 work units. With this number of work areas manual reporting becomes difficult because it has various weaknesses and limitations. The impact of the weaknesses of manual reporting is very large because it can affect employee performance, employee performance greatly affects the achievement of company targets. Therefore, a job reporting application is made using Android-based Google Maps that aims to assist employees in reporting work in realtime to the manager. In designing the application development by applying the stages in the waterfall development method, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and support. To find out whether the application is suitable based on company request, a questionnaire method is used. The results of the questionnaire were calculated using a Likert scale calculation. From the results of the questionnaire calculations, it was found that the percentage value of 85.75% was classified as very good criteria. So it can be concluded that the employee work reporting application using Android-based google maps (Case study: PT Samudera Solusindo Banyumas branch) is already feasible to use.
