ANALISIS KESUKSESAN SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS WEB PADA STMIK AMIKOM PURWOKERTO MENGGUNAKAN METODE DELONE DAN MCLEAN

STMIK Amikom Purwokerto is the High School of Computer Science were established since 2005, and the number of active students reached 3000. One of the facilities provided is a website that addresses the stmikamikompurwokerto.ac.id domain. This website is designed to facilitate all activities of non-academic and academic. Based on observations, Amikom STMIK website has some problems that delayed academic activities, it is necessary to do an evaluation. This study aims to determine the level of success of web-based information system on STMIK Amikom Purwokerto using DeLone and McLean. Variables used in this research is the quality of information, quality systems, quality of service, user, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Based on the results of this study show that the trends in the distribution of all the variables are pretty good and all hipoteseis accepted. (1) Users are directly affected in a positive / significant by information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits perceived, (2) User satisfaction is directly influenced positively / significant by quality information, quality systems, quality of service , users, and the net benefits are perceived, (3) the net benefits / operations are directly affected positively and significantly by the user and user satisfaction.
