Abstract

The GAPOKTAN cooperative in Cijati Village was established in 2010. But it began to apply technology in 2014. The GAPOKTAN cooperative IT is of course very important for the sustainability of the company, especially in the employment sector. Therefore the IT GAPOKTAN cooperative must be able to run optimally and consistently. A risk management analysis is needed to obtain documentation on a variety of possible risks around IT companies. As well as handling the risks needed to minimize the possibility of those risks arising. Analysis of IT risk management used in GAPOKTAN cooperatives is ISO 31000: 2018. The first stage used in this research is the risk research phase which consists of 3 stages, namely risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. The second stage is the stage of risk management. The results of this study obtained 21 possible risks, there are 8 possible high level risks, 8 possible medium level risks, and 5 possible low level risks and risk management recommendations. as a tool for policy makers from the company to be able to compile documentation related to corporate risk management in the future.
