Uncontrolled Keywords: A lack of understanding within a subject in all schools will impact badly on the quality of student learning processed. Factors cause low results of student learning in SCIENCE subjects is learning learning methods applied to teachers of subjects. Lack of facilities the props on the material that cannot be observed directly create difficulties for students to understand, for example on the material Order of human body. Efforts to improve student learning interest in studying the human body in order to continue to do. These efforts include making learning media for the introduction of the framework of the human body by utilizing the technology of Augmented Reality which applicated in mobile devices with Android and aims in order to make the students more interested in Learn the material. Assist teachers in teaching and learning processes and enhance the interest of students of class V SD Negeri 3 Tanjunganom against the subjects of natural science with subjects concerning the introduction in the framework of the human body. System development method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) version of the Luther Sutopo which consists of six stages, i.e. the stage of concept (concept), design (design), the collection of materials (material collecting), making of (assembely), testing (testing), and distribution (distribution) (Binanto, 2010). The results of this research i.e. he had made the design Animation Introduction Skeletal human body using the techniques of Augmented Reality and a marker Order of human body. This animation showing the frame of the human body along with General information on each order of bone built with application of Autodesk 3Ds Max and applied via the application applications AR Order human body built with the use of software Unity. Expected to researchers next to the making of this animation can be developed that are more complete and better again.
