APLIKASI RUMAH KOST WISMA ASRI KOST PUTRA BERBASIS WEB

In the modern era, some aspects of human life have been assisted by the internet. One of them is that the website can be a means of providing information on an attractive place to live for seekers of boarding houses for rent through a web-based application quickly and easily. The Wisma Asri Kost Putra boarding house is one of the many boarding houses in the village of Watumas, Purwokerto whose booking system is still used manually, namely coming to the place and paying the rent directly on the spot. Especially during this pandemic, it is difficult to find boarding house tenants which results in a reduction in financial income every month. The purpose of this study was to produce an application for the Wisma Asri Kost Putra boarding house to make it easier for the owner of the Wisma Asri Kost Putra boarding house to be able to maintain the boarding house online and as a medium for ordering web-based Wisma Asri Kost Putra boarding houses. The development method used is the waterfall method, namely analysis, design, coding, testing to find the source of a problem. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the test using the black box testing method, the system has been successfully carried out well and is said to be functionally the application has been running quite well and in accordance with application needs and produces appropriate output. The result of this research is an application for the Wisma Asri Kost Putra boarding house which is used to provide room reservation information and get prospective room tenants to process orders and payments made online through the Wisma Asri Kost Putra boarding house website.
