EVALUASI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP SOFTWARE EPRINTS REPOSITORY MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTNG SATISFACTION (EUCS) (Studi Kasus: Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

By conducting an evaluation will provide an overview of the real condition of the system and can provide input for the institution for further development. Because of the importance of the effectiveness and efficiency of the eprints repository website at Amikom Purwokerto University, the researchers will evaluate the eprints repository website at Amikom Purwokerto University. This study aims to evaluate the eprints repository website at Amikom University, Purwokerto. So that the evaluation results can provide constructive input in order to realize the comfort and efficiency of the system both from the end-user side and the operator who inputs the data. In the process of evaluating the eprints repository of Amikom Purwokerto University which is seen from the user's point of view, this study uses a system evaluation method developed to measure the acceptance of information systems by users, namely End User Computing Satisfaction. EUCS is a method for measuring the level of satisfaction of users of an information system by comparing expectations with the reality of a system. It is known from the results of the hypothesis test that was tested, it was found that of the five hypotheses formulated, there was one hypothesis that had an effect and was significant on user satisfaction, namely the variable content. So it can be concluded that future system development must improve the quality of the content variable in order to provide increased user satisfaction with the Eprints repository. This research produces the following recommendations: a) The need to improve the quality of the Eprints Repository system in terms of content and accuracy in order to display accurate, complete and appropriate information according to user needs. b) The need to improve the display to make it more attractive and easy to understand. c) Need for network improvement and database improvement so that access to the Eprints Repository becomes faster. d) The need for periodic evaluations in order to provide better services according to user needs from time to time. e) The need for the introduction of the Eprints Repository from the library to students in order to increase the number of users who are still relatively small and are not even known to exist by students.
