PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI PADA NOTOMOTO

Notomoto is a business entity engaged in providing services to document important events such as weddings, graduations, family photos, and so on in the form of photo albums and videos. Notomoto still has not implemented IS and IT optimally in his business processes and also does not have a strategic planning portfolio of information systems. So that strategic planning of information systems is needed to develop its business more broadly. Strategic planning of information systems is one of the first steps to implementing information systems and information technology in a company. The right information system strategic planning can support the company's business plans and development. The purpose of this research is to make strategic planning of information systems in Notomoto. The analysis used in the strategic planning of information systems in this research is SWOT, Value Chain, and PEST analysis. The results of this study are to define information systems strategic planning in the form of information systems business strategies, information systems strategies, information systems and information technology management strategies, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.
