ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN JARINGAN INTERNET ROUTER MIKROTIK OS PADA LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) (Studi Kasus: SMP Negeri 4 Purwokerto)

SMP Negeri 4 Purwokerto is one of the educational institutions that require internet services to exchange data such as dapodik, send email, search for learning materials, ppdb online, and unbk. Problems that occur are slow and unstable internet connection at a certain time. The solution used is to use mikrotik as bandwidth management in order to provide better service quality (QoS) for its users. Service quality measurement (QoS) is done by measuring some parameters such as bandwidth, delay, packet loss, and throughput. The research method is done by observing the ongoing events, and evaluating the impact. The result of quality service research for 5 days is bandwidth in “Excelent” category. Delay is in "Excelent". Packet Loss is in the "Ugly" category. Throughput is in the “Good” category.
