ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA DAPODIK SMK DI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA MENGGUNAKAN DELONE AND MCLEAN

Dapodik is a data collection system managed by the Ministry of Education and Culture that contains data of education units, students, educators and education personnel, and the substance of education whose data is sourced from education units that are continuously updated online. Initially SMK in Purbalingga regency still uses dapodik data processing system manually. But with the development of sekarag information technology era and information systems today is not as a complement, but a necessity in educational institutions. For smk in Purbalingga regency itself has used Dapodik information system online. An information system is said to succeed it depends on how the system is run, and the speed of satt technology is used. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of manual Dapodik data with Dapodik data online as an improvement in the performance of teachers, Sataf and Dapodik operators in schools. This research uses Delone and MecLean method, because this method emphasizes user satisfaction by analyzing the system based on four variables namely System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction, Use and Net Benefit. The data collection method used is using the Questionnaire method. The objects in this study are all Dapodik SMK Operators in Purbalingga Regency, The Number of Dapodik Operators in the District numbered 33 Respondents. Data analysis used is SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are expected to know the effectiveness or not of a Dapodik SMK system in Purbalingga Regency.
