RANCANG BANGUN POLIKLINIK KESEHATAN DESA (PKD) BERBASIS WEBSITE DI DESA PURBAYASA

The Village Health Polyclinic, hereinafter abbreviated as PKD, is a form of community-based health efforts (UKBM) established in villages in order to provide basic health services for rural communities. PKD Purbayasa is a public health service agency located in Purbayasa village with various health services offered including general polyclinic, posyandu, posbindu, childbirth, outpatient and various other services. PKD Purbayasa activities in posbindu services include registration of posbindu, recording of monitoring of posbindu patient visits and recapitulation data, while in toddlers' posyandu services include recording of toddler posyandu data and recapitulation data. where the process still uses recording in the ledger and is still inputted manually, so that with the presence of patients visiting PKD who have many services, they often have difficulty in recapitulating report data every month. In addition, the author also found various problems that have not been computerized. The method used for system de elopment in this study is the waterfall model. The author will develop this system using XAMPP as a localserver, PHPMyAdmin as database design, using the programming languages PHP, HTML, Javascript and JQuery to facilitate the development of making systems using the Codeigniter and Bootstrap Framework, and for the text editor using sublimetext3. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data management in ancient PKD to be more effective, efficient and safe.
