RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN REKENING AIR PADA PAMSIMAS DESA PASIRAMAN KIDUL BERBASIS WEBSITE DAN MOBILE (Studi Kasus: Pamsimas Desa Pasiraman Kidul)

The clean water network system is a clean water supply system which includes a transmission system and a reservoir. Pamsimas Desa Pasiraman Kidul is a village-owned enterprise (BUMDES) that provides shelter and a comprehensive clean water network to village communities. The service zone of Pamsimas in Pasiraman Kidul Village is only limited to the area of Pasiraman Kidul Village, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. In terms of Pamsimas operations, Pasiraman Kidul village has not used information system assistance so that governance and reporting are less effective. In practice, the water meter registrar and administrative officers still use manual work practices, namely by using a calculator to calculate usage costs and a notebook to write monthly transaction reports. Seeing the existing conditions, the researcher provides a solution in the form of implementing a website-based information system that is expected to make it easier for officers to record meters and book transactions. This research uses observation and interview methods to observe directly the performance process in the field, administrative governance and processing of data and information in Pamsimas, Pasiraman Kidul Village. This research also uses SDLC Waterfall method to develop website and mobile based application system.
